SPENCERVILLE — Ruth Louise (Clark) Miller of Spencerville passed away to her eternal home on Monday after an extended illness.
Ruth was born March 23, 1923, to Ralph and Amy Clark in Taft, California, who preceded her in death. Ruth spent the first and second grades of school there until her parents moved back to Ohio.
