SPENCERVILLE — Ruth L. Miller, 91, of rural Spencerville, died at 2:12 a.m. Monday at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home in Spencerville.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, where friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday with funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
