William C. “Bill” Strayer, 83, of rural Elida, died Wednesday at the Roselawn Manor Nursing Home in Spencerville.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville, where funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
