Cameron Aiden Smith, stillborn, died Saturday at 10:09 a.m. in Van Wert County Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Jared Smith and Ashly Lantz of Van Wert; as well as his sister, Sophie Smith at home.
Graveside services are at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
